Because of that we had to park a bit far and we arrived at 17:05 when the meeting time was at 17:00. We were a group of 4 people and we have paid 1,063euro. When we arrived, the tour bus had left without us without even giving us a phone call. The tour staff were rude to us. Unacceptable.”
